Being available to our clients and patients is important to us. We are excited to announce a more comprehensive after hours service to our clients through partnering with Animal HealthLink. This Calgary-based company provides Teletriage services on our behalf allowing you the opportunity to seek guidance and support when you need it most. Similar to AHS’s 811 service, Animal HealthLink will answer your call to our clinic after our regular business hours. A Registered Veterinary Technician will triage your emergency and dispatch one of our Veterinarians to meet you at the clinic (or your farm) in the event of an emergency. Our veterinary team will continue to be there for you at all hours, but with Animal HealthLink we can extend our support. Please continue to call us at 403-901-1800 for emergency services and effective February 16, 2021 you will be routed to Animal HealthLink immediately.
