In an effort to slow the spread of Covid-19 and protect our families, staff, pet owners and community we are doing things a little differently.

Please read through these important procedures before your upcoming visit:
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 8am- 6pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm

Animal Only Practice:

To facilitate physical distancing, we are not open to the public and only your pet or livestock will enter the hospital. Please remember to bring your cellphone and call the clinic upon your arrival. A team member will come out to greet you and bring your pet in for care and all communication with the veterinarian will be over the phone or at your vehicle. Please be prepared to wait outside in your vehicle.  

Curbside Concierge

We are offering express curbside and contactless pick up of all medications and prescription diets – please park in the designated pick up location at the front of the building. Text us at the number on the sign when you have arrived. We strongly recommend visiting our Online Vet Store, where we can deliver your food and treats directly to your door.


We are excited to offer virtual consultations with one of our Veterinarians in the comfort and safety of your own home. These appointments provide face to face consultation with your Vet, allows us to collect a thorough history, triage your pet, and provides a valid vet-client-patient-relationship (VCPR) in order for us to treat your pet under the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association guidelines. Telemedicine is an excellent option that allows your pet to stay comfortable at home, aides in stress reduction and reduces excessive travel. Call our Client Care Team at 403-901-1800 to determine if this is an appropriate appointment type for your pet’s needs.

Payment Policy

We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard and E-transfer. Cash is also accepted, but not preferred in an effort to keep our interactions contactless.

Wellness Policy

If you or someone in your household are feeling ill in any way or have travelled outside of Canada within the past 2 weeks, we ask that you please cancel your appointment and book a telemedicine consult instead. In the event that you are ill or at risk for COVID-19, and you have an animal emergency, please contact us right away so that we can triage your pet and advise you of the next steps to take when bringing him to the hospital.

Kindness Policy

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 changes, we will continue to evolve our response to it. We appreciate your understanding and patience with us as our care team is experiencing an extremely high volume of e-mails and calls and our responses may take a bit longer than usual. These are challenging times for many of us, so please remember to be kind to one another and our hard-working team. Verbal abuse will not be tolerated in our hospital.
