Megan moved to Strathmore with her young family in the summer of 2015. Her background in corporate oil and gas provides us the knowledge to build our team to give our patients and clients the best care possible. Her miniature dachshund "Slyder" keeps her on her toes and when she isn't at the clinic you can find her playing with her family (husband and 2 little girls) and riding her horses.

Inventory Manager
Tania is originally from Strathmore and now lives North of Carseland on an acreage with her husband, Todd. Prior to joining our team in 2013, she spent 22 years working in health care, 17 of those in nursing. She enjoys all animals and she loves to spend time with all her "critters" she has at home, including two miniature bulls. Tania enjoys gardening, being in the great outdoors camping and being with her family and friends.

Veterinary Receptionist
Carly lives in Strathmore, but her family has a farm out by Rockyford. There she keeps busy with the daily in and outs of their cattle operation. When she is not helping out on the farm she enjoys being outside, riding horses, and coaching and playing ringette. After Carly completed the Veterinary Technician program she joined our team in March 2014.

Veterinary Receptionist
Kelly joined our team in 2017 and her knowledge of horses and cattle is a great asset to our reception team. When not at the clinic you will find her showing her horse in the jumper ring or cattle penning and playing with her new foal Timbit.

Veterinary Receptionist
Jenn joined our team in 2019. She has a passion for all animals, but a special connection to cats and large animals. She has 3 dogs, 5 cats and 5 horses. She loves being part of the Animal Care Centre team because of the opportunities to learn new things and work with amazing clients. She has a connection to the community and volunteers her time with different organizations. In 2019, in her role with the Strathmore Stampede, she hosted the RCMP Musical Ride.

Technician Assistant/Veterinary Receptionist
Christina is a true small town, farm girl! Born and raised in Dorothy, Alberta, Christina grew up on a cattle farm. Her passion is supporting the team in all large animal capacities. She has a genuine love for all animals, but American Bulldogs hold a special place in her heart. She joined our team after graduating from Lakeland College with a Certificate in Veterinary Medical Office Assistance.

Sondra joined the team in the fall of 2020. She received her Veterinary Office Assistant Certification from Bow Valley College and paired with her equine and teaching assistant experience has been a great asset to our team. You can find Sondra teaching riding lessons or showing her horses, Freedom and Zip, when not busy with her 2 teenage sons. She loves this job because she gets to connect with people from the community, cuddle animals and it is always changing and dynamic.

She has a passion for animals and plans to pursue her Veterinary Technician Diploma so she can focus her career in Veterinary Medicine.
