Appointment Policy
To allow enough time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by scheduled appointment. Emergency cases receive top priority, which means an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We would like to assure you that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Your pet may be well behaved at your home and on regular outings but we require your pet to be on a leash or in a carrier whenever he/she is in our building because there are other pets present who are uneasy and stressed and some who do not get along with others very all, especially when they sick or injured.
We require that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Interac debit, and cash.
We also offer payment plans for those unexpected events. We are happy to assist you with the application process while you are in the clinic. Ask any one of the members of our team to assist you!
