"Thank you so much for the awesome attention given to our dog last Thursday. He is not quite 5 years old and suffered chronic ear infections for about two years. He went to his other vet clinic 3x in 8 months for ear issues so we brought him into ACCS for regular booster shots and a second opinion on his ear condition. Previous DVM had given his shots and taken him to a back room to clean the ears (asked is they could muzzle him if it seemed necessary but your staff came into the very large dog friendly exam room and showed me how) and I was given so much information on the meds prescribed (at a very reasonable cost), the proper administration of them, the cleaning of his ears and the warning to watch for a hematoma. Today I received a personal card in the mail showing genuine concern for our Buddy. Thank you."
